Basic liberties legal advisor, Mike Ozekhome, has uncovered why famous Nigerian entertainer, Chiwetalu Agu was delivered by the Department of State Services.
Ozekhome while talking on Agu’s delivery, noticed that he was given up after the mysterious police couldn’t track down any implicating content on his telephones.
Review that the entertainer was captured last week Thursday by the Nigeria Army for wearing Biafra formal attire in Onitsha, Anambra State.
Agu was captured by the military while sharing bread to the poor in Upper Iweka Bridge.
The entertainer, nonetheless, was given over to the DSS for additional examination after he was blamed for supporting Biafra.
It was accounted for that the mysterious police moved Agu to Abuja for cross examination.
Ozekhome in an assertion he marked named: ‘Chiwetalu Agu Released By DSS’ noticed that the entertainer has submitted no offense to warrant his capture.
He expressed, “A few associations were held by the chambers with the DSS agents, who were, notwithstanding, exceptionally polite and extremely helpful.
“Agu was delivered this (Tuesday) evening to Steve Eboh and Monalisa Chinda (Director of Media, Actors Guild of Nigeria), by the DSS at their base camp in Abuja, after a cautious pursuit on his telephones showed nothing implicating.”
