Chad’s president Idriss Deby has rejected the call of Nigeria Federal Government that he will not submits the arms and ammunition recovered from the Boko Haram after the launched of the “Anger of Bomo” operation.



Idriss Deby who led the Chad’s Soldiers in the Anger of Bomo” operation against insurgency on April, 4th 2020 which claimed 1,000 terrorist live and many of the Chadians Soldiers were injured.

According to Idriss Deby says “We launched the “Anger of Bomo” operation. We must defeat terrorism to allow our people and especially those of Lake Chad to live in peace. This is the whole meaning of the fight that our valiant soldiers are waging against the enlightened people of Boko Haram.”

Chad president commend his gallant Soldiers for neutralised Boko Haram and successful cleaned up the entire island area, Lake Chad.



“I went down this morning to Kaiga-Kindjinria. No element of Boko haram is present in the islands of Lake Chad. Congratulations to our Defense and Security Forces who have cleaned up the entire island area.”

“I received, this afternoon, in Kaiga-Kindjinria, the Commander of the Multinational Joint Force (FMM), General-Major Ibrahim Manu Yusuf. The concerns related to the takeover of the islands of Lake Chad by elements of the FMM were at the center of the interview.”



Idriss Deby pay visit to their soldiers injured during the operation lunched against Boko Haram.

“In Baga-Sola, I visited soldiers injured this afternoon during the operations launched against the Boko Haram enlightened. They are proud to have accomplished a sacred mission in the service of their dear homeland.”



“I’m back in the capital. I sincerely thank all the Chadians and all the African brothers and sisters for the support given to our Defense and Security Forces. Peace, security and stability are sacred values.”



Chad’s president has once said that all the weapon recovered from Boko Haram insurgency will be keep in their arsenal and not for anyone neither will it be released to anybody he said.
