Senator Dino Melaye, representing Kogi West told the senate on Wednesday that the police wanted to kill him during his arrest and sojourn with them.
Melaye came in to the chamber on walking stick and wore collar on his neck said that the police attempted to inject him twice.
Melaye who is on his way to dump the All Progressives Congress, APC to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, asked that he should be given a seat near Senator Jeremiah Useni where he will be more comfortable, an indication that he is moving to the PDP.
