Police Confirm 21 Kidnapped Katsina Children’s Release

The release of 21 kidnapped children by bandits was announced by the Katsina State Police Command last night.

Isah claims that the kidnapped children range in age from 15 to 18 years old.

Last Sunday, bandits abducted the victims who were working on a farm in the neighborhood and demanded N30 million in ransom.

A Superintendent of Police, however, Isah, wrote in the message: “Good evening gentlemen of the Press. I am happy to report that all 21 of the workers who were kidnapped while working in a field in Kamfanin Mai Lafiya village, Faskari LGA, Katsina State, have been freed. Their families have been reunited with them. The inquiry is ongoing.
