The Labour Party (LP) on Tuesday challenged Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, official competitor of the decision All Progressives Congress (APC) to an open discussion with its official flagbearer, Peter Obi so Nigerians can decide who, between the two is better able to lead the country in 2023.
Talking with Everyday Autonomous, Boss Representative of the Work Party Official Mission Gathering (LP-PCC), Dr Yunusa Tanko said Tinubu and Obi are not on similar level regarding mental ability.
Tinubu had last week said Obi has been citing counterfeit insights that can’t be validated, adding that he can never force himself to try and specify Obi’s name as such would be a shame.
In any case, Tanko who depicted Tinubu as a suffocating man challenged him to draw in Obi in an open discussion to figure out who is ideal to lead Nigeria.
He said ” The APC official competitor said it will be a shame to specify Obi’s name. It is an assertion from a suffocating man”.
“This is someone that can’t really recognize his own mom. He can’t plainly express his school records. In this way, Tinubu and Peter Obi are not in a similar domain by any means. Obi is infinitely better to him regarding wellbeing, actual design and scholarly demeanor”.
“Infact, it’s a distinction for him to be going against Peter Obi. As far we are concerned, we have an intellectually invested official applicant who is steady, who is straightforward and has the ability to turn Nigeria around for good”.
“We challenge Tinubu to an open discussion with Peter Obi and check whether he won’t be embarrassed . He ought to emerge from his concealing put and intellectually connect with Peter Obi on public issues and allow Nigerians to conclude who is awesome among them to lead the country in 2023”.
