The sixth episode of the sixth season of MTV Shuga is out.
In the new episode, Ebisinde and his friends sneak out of school to steal more car parts. They are almost caught by the security guards.
The mechanic, who sends them out to steal, tells them that it’s time to step up their game by stealing benz and BMW parts. Ebisinde asks if he is ready to pay for a complete car.
The girls are still recovering from the event of the party While Diana is worried that the girls probably embarrassed her in front of Chike’s friends, Simi and Cynthia are worried about Frances, who they haven’t seen since the party night.
Thanks to a blog, Uncle Cyril finds out that Leila has been lying to him and attending night parties. He tells her that she is not allowed to leave the house for anything except her computer classes.
His wife, Uju, is worried that Leila is perhaps having sex without protection. She takes her to the hospital to get contraceptives.
However, Uncle Cyril finds out about their visit. He is angry as he considers the move a go-ahead for Leila to sleep with as many men as she wants.
Corper Yazmin and Hadiza attend the debate competition. The latter panics when she finds out that it’s late and she should be home feeding her baby.
When Yazmin tries to convince her to stay a little longer and meet more people, she blurts out that she needs to feed her baby, revealing her long kept secret.
Set in Nigeria, the new season which focuses primarily on family planning, contraception, HIV prevention and sexual health education, friendships are tested, relationships reach risky heights, and secrets threaten to break family ties.
The show returns for a new season with recurring cast members Timini Egbuson as Tobi, Jemima Osunde as Leila, Sharon Ezeamaka as Princess and Olumide Oworu as Weki.
New additions include Adebukola Oladipupo, Yakubu Mohammed, Ozzy Agu, Rahama Sadau, Funlola Aofiyebi, Nobert Young, Amal Umar, Helena Johnson, Ladani Sulaiman, and Shawn Faqua.
The new season of MTV “Shuga” is produced by Chris Ihidero and Emma Uduma and directed by Tolulope Ajayi, Ishaya Bako and Tope Oshin.
The fifth episode was directed by Tolulope Ajayi.
