A high court sitting in Kwale, Delta State has requested the National Bank of Nigeria, CBN and the Free Public Constituent Commission, INEC to cease from hindering Godwin Emefiele, the bank’s lead representative from looking for an elective post.
It was assembled on Friday that the court conceded the request controlling the bank and INEC from taking actions to stop Emefiele’s 2023 Official bid.
The application was furtively recorded on May fifth and judgment was allowed on Thursday May twelfth. As per Punch, the Judgment conveyed by Directing Equity, DC Maidoh read to some degree;
