MIDDLESEX 244 ALL OUT – GLOS NEED 215 TO WIN
Worcs in trouble
Worcestershire 26-3 v Derbyshire – target 373
Dan Wheeler

The last time Worcestershire scored 373 to win a
Championship match was, funnily enough, against Derbyshire at New Road in 2002.
Hopes of a repeat, at the moment, have slimmed
down drastically inside the first dozen overs after the hosts lost Daryl
Mitchell (7), Josh Dell, who bagged a pair, and Riki Wessels (4).
Much now rests on shoulders of Australian Callum
Ferguson and the collection of big-hitting all-rounders to come.
With four and a half sessions left in the match,
time isn’t a problem but Derbyshire’s waspish attack certainly is.
