Argentina chief, Lionel Messi, has broken the South American men’s record of objectives held by Brazil legend, Pele, Newspremises reports.
Messi got a full go-around as they beat Bolivia 3-0 in a World Cup qualifying installation in Buenos Aires.
It took his all out count of global objectives to 79, two a larger number of than Pele’s.
Messi is anyway behind Brazilian pair of Marta (109) and Cristiane (96) for the general record for most objectives scored by a South American player at the global level.
Third on the men’s rundown is the 34-year-old’s companion and Paris Saint-Germain colleague Neymar, who has 69 global objectives for Brazil.
