An associate head of the National Biotechnology Development Agency (NABDA), Mr Christopher Orji, has purportedly ended it all in Abuja.
Orji’s dead body was purportedly discovered hanging with a rope attached to a roof fan at his home at Federal Housing Authority Estate, Lugbe, Abuja, at about 4pm on August 30.
Sources inside NABDA revealed to Daily Trust that police manslaughter criminal investigators were all the while examining the conditions encompassing the demise of 59-year-old Orji.
Reports said he had been welcomed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to report at its Abuja office on the day he was discovered dead.
Be that as it may, one of the staff of the office, who argued namelessness, said Orji couldn’t have offed himself as no self destruction note was found at his home.
At the point when reached, NABDA’s Acting Head of Communications and Protocol, Nkiru Amakeze, declined remark.
“Anyway, what do you need me to reveal to you now? Please, I can’t talk on it,” Amakaeze essentially told our journalist.
Until his passing, Orji was the NABDA’s Bioresource Center facilitator in Langtang, Plateau State.
