Simon Ekpa, a self-proclaimed follower of Nnamdi Kanu, head of the restricted Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has said that the rebel chief showing up at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday without binds “is an indication of Biafra opportunity”.
